I contacted him on a Thursday evening and by Friday morning he was already there assessing the situation — that kind of responsiveness is rare. Steve was completely transparent throughout: he showed me clear evidence of why the boiler needed replacing, walked me through my options, and provided a detailed quote. I did my due diligence and compared with five other companies — the pricing was similar across the board, but no one came close to what Steve included in his package. His quote covered a double filter, flue, and a smart gateway to control our heating remotely from our phone. On top of that, he flushed the system and primed the radiators — the full job done properly.
